Cold heading is usually carried out on special cold heading machines. This is conducive to the automatic production of continuous multi station. 1. The body of the cold heading machine is cast by adding alloy ductile iron 500, which has high tensile strength and excellent wear resistance. Use a two speed transmission system with high transmission efficiency and large transmission torque.
2. The paper feeding box is equipped with a thrust device to improve the paper feeding accuracy.
3. All connections between crankshaft and body and impact connecting rod are made of highly wear-resistant alloy copper bricks, which have high durability, long service life and low maintenance cost.
4. It is equipped with frequency conversion speed regulation device, which can realize stepless speed regulation within a certain range.
5. Equipped with pneumatic clutch and brake, it can reduce power consumption of motor. The clutch and brake of pneumatic control allow the main motor to start without load. Flexible inching is very useful for machine debugging, and the main slider automatically stops at the rear dead center when the machine is stopped.
6. Equipped with fault detector and safety protection function, when the equipment fails, the equipment will automatically shut down, so as to provide maximum protection for equipment and tools.
