1. The multi station cold heading machine has been used for a long time, which will produce grease, carbon deposition, sediment and rust inside. When stepping on the pedal, the direction of the brake pedal will be very low. When stepping on the pedal, the pedal may gradually rise, but the reaction force is small, and the braking effect is poor. When the brake pedal is pressed, the air pressure is normal, but the brake pedal does not move, indicating that the piston of the brake control valve is blocked.
2. The multi station cold heading machine shall remove the brake valve and repair or replace it. The piston of the hydraulic cylinder of the booster cylinder may be blocked or the seal ring may be damaged, and then the oil volume and pressure in the output brake fluid are reduced. If the brake oil pipe is damaged or the oil pipe joint leaks, the amount and pressure of brake fluid entering the brake cylinder will be reduced. Check the brake air pressure to eliminate the defect of low brake air pressure and ensure that the brake air pressure is between 0.45 and 0.70Mpa.
3. 4. 5. When the multi station cold heading machine steps down the brake pedal, the piston of the air brake valve will prevent the passage of high-pressure gas and make the gas in the valve touch the atmosphere. The afterburner pump unit returns to its position under the action of the spring force, reduces the pressure of the brake fluid in the brake pipeline, and then releases the brakes on the wheels.
